A24-A25: Renexia Recharge and Strada dei Parchi Launch On-the-Go Electric Vehicle Roadside Assistance

Delivering power where it’s needed—even in emergencies—to make electric mobility increasingly seamless, safe, and worry-free. With this goal in mind, Renexia Recharge announces the launch, effective July 1, 2026, of a new on-the-road electric vehicle roadside assistance service across the entire A24 and A25 highway network.

The initiative stems from strong intra-group synergy with Strada dei Parchi and is a key component of Renexia’s strategic vision: a path toward the progressive electrification of the entire highway infrastructure, which already has us working on the gradual completion of the network of high-power charging stations at all service areas.

How the Mobile Charging Service Works

The service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, was designed by Renexia Recharge’s technicians to assist drivers of 100% electric vehicles (BEVs) who have broken down due to a dead battery.

  • Guaranteed range: Our emergency response vehicles provide a fast charge capable of restoring approximately 50 km of range—enough to safely reach the nearest Renexia Recharge station or your final destination.
  • Safety first: To protect drivers and our staff, mobile charging is performed exclusively in suitable areas (service areas or parking lots). If the vehicle is in a dangerous location, it will first be towed to a safe location by a tow truck (at the user’s expense).
  • Transparency and costs: The emergency charging service provided by Renexia Recharge is completely free of charge; the customer is responsible only for any towing costs.

How to Request Assistance

In case of need, users can contact our operations center in two ways:

  • By phone: Call the dedicated number 06 41592460 to speak directly with a specialized operator.
  • SOS kiosks: Use the emergency devices located along the entire highway route.

When you contact us, simply provide your location details (highway, kilometer marker, and direction) so that our emergency response vehicles can arrive promptly.
