Established in 2011, as a natural evolution of the “Renewable Energies” division of Toto S.p.A., Renexia is a company founded in Italy and operating internationally in the design, development and management of plants and technologies for the production of energy from renewable sources, focusing on sustainability, innovation, scientific research and inclusion.
Active mainly in the offshore wind sector, it also develops projects in the fields of photovoltaic systems and electric mobility. It has an efficient and flexible organisation, modulated by areas of expertise. The long-standing experience of the other companies in the Group allows it an EPC Contractor approach, guaranteeing it overall control over the life cycle of the plants, from design to operation and maintenance.

Renexia responds to the need for new energy with a plural, all-embracing renewable energy strategy to combine sustainability, innovation and inclusiveness in order to protect the environment while improving everyday life.

With Renexia Recharge it also operates in sustainable mobility with the development and operation of state-of-the-art parking and charging areas for electric cars on the motorway network.
