PHOTOVOLTAIC

Renexia continues to contribute to the energy transition by developing, building and operating large-scale photovoltaic plants.

Monte Eboli

Monte Eboli

  • Location: Monte di Eboli – Municipality of Eboli (SA)
  • Total output: 33.000 MWh/year

Description: The photovoltaic plant is located on a 42 ha plot of land owned by the Municipality of Salerno, divided into three lots. It has a total nominal power of 24 MW and produces about 33.000 MWh/year of electrical energy sold to the Enel grid.

Each of the lots has a total capacity of 8 MW and consists of eight cabins, which are in turn divided into string-boxes. The string-boxes accommodate an average of 24 strings. The individual structures are made up of 21 modules, each measuring 1.64 X 1.997, flanked along the short side with three rows of seven, totalling 102.816 modules.

The technical characteristics of modules and inverters are as follows:

  • Photovoltaic module model: LDK_230P-20_230W diodes;
  • Inverter: 350kW – Kakopowador XP350HV- TL, 450-830 V.

Interporto D’Abruzzo

Interporto D’Abruzzo

  • Location: Staccioli locality – SS5 Tiburtina Valeria Manoppello (PE)
  • Total output: 4.400 MWh/year

Authorised in 2012, with its 3.5 MW, divided into two sections, it is Interporto’s largest rooftop photovoltaic plant in Abruzzo and one of the largest in Italy. The plant is located on solar slabs of some of the industrial warehouses of the Interporto located in Staccioli – SS5 Tiburtina Valeria Manoppello (PE).

Description: The installed capacity is 3.5 MW and is divided into two sections:
For the 2.5 MW section A, the construction phase started in October 2012 and was completed in December 2012. The plant produces about 3.100 MWh/year.
For section B, 1.0 MW, the construction phase took place in February 2013 and the plant produces about 1.250 MWh/year.
